Gary D. Goldman is the managing partner of FGTD and heads the firms Residential Mortgage Finance department. FGTD’s clients include many of the leading financial institutions. Gary advises clients on all issues relating to lending on residential transactions including Purchase CEMA’s. His unique knowledge and vast experience has allowed him to remain a leader in the industry for 29 years.
