Jacob Davidoff focuses his practice on residential real estate and mortgage finance law. Jacob has worked extensively in the field. A small sampling of matters include: 1031 tax deferred exchanges, representing international buyers in the purchase of New York investment property, acquisition of mixed-use properties, the refinancing of marquee residential properties in NYC, family transfers of property, and formation of domestic and foreign companies for the holding of NYC residential property.

He aims to keep his clients informed every step of the way in handling their legal matters and to return their telephone calls and emails as quickly as possible.

Before starting his own firm Jacob worked in the Office of the General Counsel for a major U.S. corporation.
Jacob is certified by the New York Department of State to teach continuing education courses on topics related to real estate.
When not in the office he likes to spend time with his fiancé and their rescue Pitbull, Waffles.
